Before you email
This is an independent guide, so a few things are outside my reach:
- Tour bookings. I can’t change or cancel one — use your GetYourGuide booking confirmation. Most tours here have free cancellation to 24 hours before.
- The pool itself. Hours, closures and lost property are the City of Austin’s department — the official page is austintexas.gov. After heavy rain, check their closure listings before driving over.
- Pool tickets. There are none to sell — entry is $2–$9 at the gate. Anyone emailing to offer me a supply of them is invited to reflect.
